Step 1:

Schedule your Free Consultation

The initial consultation provides an opportunity to meet each other, discuss what to expect, identify your needs, and ensure that health coaching is the right fit for you.

Step 2:

Book your Package

The 3-Month Coaching Package includes 6 individual sessions.

If you’d like continued support after your first 3-month coaching package, I offer single sessions and additional packages at a reduced rate.

Step 3:

Personalized Health Plan

I approach health from a whole-life perspective, with a focus on identifying stressors that contribute to illness and replacing them with habits that will promote wellness. My goal is to help you create sustainable lifestyle practices that feel good and provide life-long health benefits.

What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine goes beyond healing disease—it’s about enhancing life.

When it comes to acute illness and injury, conventional (Western) medicine has much to offer.  Unfortunately, most of the health problems we currently face are chronic conditions that don’t have clear solutions.  In conventional healthcare, patients look to doctors and pharmacists for answers.  However, healing chronic disease and maintaining wellness requires a multi-faceted approach, with the individual as the director of their health.  Well-being is a personal journey of the mind, body, and spirit.   Integrative healthcare brings together the best practices of self-care, conventional medicine, complementary and alternative modalities.  This collaborative, individualized approach allows for a broader understanding of the nature of illness, healing, and wellness.  Integrative medicine makes use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches and evidence-based global medical modalities to heal root causes of disease and achieve optimal health.

What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health Coaching is a client-driven partnership with the goal of achieving sustainable changes that move the client toward their health goals and life vision.  Integrative Health Coaches use coaching principles and healing practices that integrate body-mind-emotion-spirit-environment-community.  A coach is like a personal trainer, except the aim is to achieve optimal health by looking at all contributing factors.  A coach does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice.   Instead, they specialize in healthy behavior change, with a focus on the practicalities of implementing lifestyle practices.  The client is honored as the expert on their own life, and the process is tailored to the individual’s needs, preferences, and values.  The coach partners with the client to develop and achieve their health vision through inquiry, personal discovery, and accountability.  In addition to addressing the root causes of illness, Integrative Health Coaches focus on prevention through the development of self-care practices that will provide life-long benefits.

How Long Until I See Results?

Partnering with a health coach has been shown to make a significant difference in changing behaviors and improving overall health.  Substantial change generally takes 3 – 6 months to take root and to see results.  That period provides enough time to overcome obstacles and develop lasting habits.  I cannot promise that your health or circumstances will improve; the outcome depends largely on your engagement in this process.  As your coach, I will help you clarify your health goals and support you in reaching them.  Our partnership will serve as a springboard for you to forge a path into confidence and success.  Once you start to feel improvements, your commitment to your goals will grow.  My hope is that you will gain abundant momentum to continue your progress long after our work together.  You are embarking on a journey of creating sustainable health practices that will serve as the foundation to reach your fullest potential.

Integrative Health Coach, certified by Duke Integrative Medicine


Through my experiences as both a nurse and a patient, I became acutely aware of the need for a more comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare.  This awareness compelled me to study integrative medicine and direct my focus on the pillars of longevity.  After training through Duke University’s Integrative Health Coaching Program, I developed my coaching practice, Align Integrative Health.  My mission is to partner with individuals to achieve alignment between their daily actions and their life vision.  I take a whole-life approach to health, working with clients to identify root-causes of illness and implement changes to improve their well-being.  I have particular interest in nutrition, fitness, relationships, spiritual freedom, and family foundations.  My goal is to equip my clients with the tools to maximize their health-span and to empower them to develop practices that are sustainable, meaningful, and fun.
